Flag of Panama

Divided into four equal rectangles: upper-hoist white with a blue star, upper-fly red, lower-hoist blue, lower-fly white with a red star. Blue represents the Conservative party; red represents the Liberal party; white represents peace between them. The blue star represents civic virtues; the red star represents authority and law. Adopted in 1925 (designed in 1903 at Panama's independence from Colombia). The unusual quadrant design has no real parallel in other national flags. Practise the Panama flag in the Flagzio Americas flag quiz across all eight game modes.
