Flag of Paraguay

Three equal horizontal bands of red, white and blue, with the national coat of arms on one side and the Treasury seal on the other — the only national flag in the world with different obverse and reverse sides. Red for justice; white for peace; blue for liberty. The two-sided design is unique among national flags. Officially confirmed in its current proportions in 2013. The two-sided design dates to 1842.
