Flag of Uzbekistan

Three horizontal bands of sky blue, white and green, separated by thin red fimbriations, with a white crescent moon and 12 white stars in the upper hoist. Sky blue for water and sky; white for peace; green for nature; red for life force. The crescent represents Uzbekistan's independence; the 12 stars represent the 12 zodiacal constellations.
