A red field with a large yellow five-point star in the centre. Red symbolises revolution and bloodshed. The yellow star represents the five main classes — workers, peasants, soldiers, intellectuals and youth — united in building socialism. Adopted in 1945 by the Viet Minh and refined in 1955. Survived the Vietnam War as the flag of North Vietnam and became the national flag after reunification in 1976. Practise the Vietnam flag in the Flagzio Asia flag quiz across all eight game modes.
